great location metro stations helpful staff small room limited space laundry service

the location is really good i found. it is in the middle of ginza and felt safe. several metro stations are nearby which was convenient. staff members were helpful and quick to assist.

my room was small i noticed. it had limited space for suitcases. i only had one pillow.

the location proved ideal. it was near the subway, offering convenient access. the room included slippers plus pajamas

the room size was quite small. i found it difficult to fully open my suitcase. the ac wasn't effective

great location complimentary amenities helpful staff

the location was fantastic for exploring. ginza station was very close (it was just a short walk). i appreciated the complimentary amenities offered. the staff was helpful with directions.

the room felt a bit cramped. i wished there was a bit more space to move around (especially with luggage).

weak hairdryer thin walls

the hairdryer situation was a complete joke. i had the distinct displeasure of wrestling with a pathetic 1200 w hairdryer. my hair laughed in the face of such weak airflow. also, i could hear every blessed footstep in the hallway, i swear the walls were made of paper.
